Our team will email you within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number, the return address (our US warehouse), and instructions. Write the RA number on the outside of your return package. Returns without an RA may be delayed. - Pack & Ship Your Return
Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging if possible. Include the original packing slip or order confirmation. Ship to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs โ we recommend a trackable, insured service (USPS, DHL, FedEx). For faulty/incorrect items, weโll provide a prepaid label. - We Process & Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return (3-5 business days after arrival), weโll email you.- For Returns (Refunds): Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
