🚫 What Cannot Be Returned?

2. Receive Instructions & RA Number
   Our team will email you within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number, the return address (our US warehouse), and instructions. Write the RA number on the outside of your return package. Returns without an RA may be delayed.
3. Pack & Ship Your Return
   Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging if possible. Include the original packing slip or order confirmation. Ship to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs – we recommend a trackable, insured service (USPS, DHL, FedEx). For faulty/incorrect items, we’ll provide a prepaid label.
4. We Process & Refund
   Once we receive and inspect your return (3-5 business days after arrival), we’ll email you.
   • For Returns (Refunds): Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
   • For Exchanges: We’ll ship your replacement once the return is approved (standard shipping times apply).

💸 Refunds: Timing & Methods

Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

• Timeline: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we approve it. Timing depends on your bank or payment processor.
• Original Shipping Costs: Standard shipping fees ($12.95) are non-refundable. If you qualified for free shipping, the equivalent value will be deducted from your refund for returned items.
• PayPal & Credit Card Refunds: These appear as credits to your account. You’ll receive an email confirmation from us and possibly one from your payment provider.

⚠️ Important Notes & Exceptions

• International Returns: You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes on return shipments. We cannot mark return packages as “gifts.”
• Damaged or Defective Items: Found a flaw? Contact us immediately with photos! We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund, including covering return shipping.
• Wrong Item Received: Our mistake? We apologize! We’ll send the correct item immediately and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect one.
