- Return Window: 15 days from the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in original packaging.
- How to Start: Email us first at [email protected] with your order number.
- Refund Time: 5-10 business days after we receive your return.
- Return Shipping: Customer pays for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Most items from our vibrant collections are returnable! This includes:
- ๐ Apparel: T-Shirts, Long Sleeve shirts, Shorts, Pants from our Men’s, Freedom Collection, and New Arrivals.
- ๐งข Accessories: Hats, Socks, Sunglasses.
- ๐ Gifts & More: Ornaments, Games.
๐ซ What Cannot Be Returned?
To ensure health, safety, and the integrity of our products, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- NON-RETURNABLE Plush Toys: For hygiene reasons, all items from our Plush collection are final sale.
- NON-RETURNABLE Personalized/Custom Items: Any item that has been customized or personalized at your request.
- NON-RETURNABLE Damaged by Customer: Items that are damaged due to wear, washing, or improper care after delivery.
- NON-RETURNABLE Clearance/Final Sale Items: Any item marked as “Final Sale” or part of a special clearance promotion.
Why no Plush returns? We love our playful Plush toys as much as you do! To keep them safe and sanitary for all our customers (especially those shopping from our Kids collection), we cannot accept returns on these cuddly items.
๐ The Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process
1 Contact Our Team (Within 15 Days)
Don’t just ship items back! Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to make it super easy.
2 Receive Instructions & RA Number
Our friendly team will email you within 1-2 business days with:
- Return Authorization (RA) Number.
- Return shipping address (our warehouse in the US).
- Any specific instructions.
Important: Write the RA number on the outside of your return package. Returns without an RA number may be delayed.
3 Pack & Ship Your Return
Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, if possible. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation. Ship your package to the address we provide.
Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured service (like USPS, DHL, or FedEx). For faulty or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label.
4 We Process & Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return (processing takes 3-5 business days after arrival), we’ll notify you via email.
- For Returns (Refunds): Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- For Exchanges: We will ship your replacement item once the return is approved. Shipping times follow our standard rates (see shipping info).

Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Timeline: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we approve it. The exact time depends on your bank or payment processor.
- Original Shipping Costs: Standard shipping fees ($12.95) are non-refundable. If you qualified for free shipping, the value of the free shipping will be deducted from your refund for returned items.
- PayPal & Credit Card Refunds: These appear as credits to your account. You will receive an email confirmation from us and potentially one from your payment provider.

- International Returns: As we ship joy worldwide (except a few remote regions and parts of Asia), you are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred on the return shipment. We cannot mark return packages as “gifts.”
- Damaged or Defective Items: Found a flaw? Contact us immediately with photos! We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund, including covering return shipping.
- Wrong Item Received: Our mistake? We apologize! We’ll send the correct item immediately and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect one.
